- Booking Deposit and Payment. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week/booking is payable on booking. The balance plus the good housekeeping deposit is to be paid, without further notification, a full eight weeks prior to start date. If the payment is not received in time then we will consider the hirer in breach of contract thereby cancelling the booking.
- Good Housekeeping Deposit. A good housekeeping deposit of £75.00 is payable and should be sent via PayPal or as a separate cheque when sending the balance of the holiday. This is an additional payment required at the same time as the total balance payment. This deposit will normally be returned in full, via PayPal, within two weeks of departure provided the property is left as found and in a clean and tidy condition and free from smoking contamination. The deposit will only be withheld or part thereof, in the event of loss, breakages, excessive use of oil/electricity, or if the property or BBQ is left inappropriately or if smoking has taken place in any part of the house causing odour contamination. The GHDeposit will be credited to the appropriate bank account on receipt.
- Insurance-Important. We strongly recommend that all persons take out adequate travel insurance for their needs. We cannot be responsible for the costs if you fail to do so. The insurance should cover you if you have to cancel your holiday arrangements or if you incur any emergency or unforeseen expenses. The personal liability cover provided should also meet the cost of any damage or breakages incurred during your holiday period. It is advisable to take out a policy at the same time as booking to ensure cover if you have to cancel for whatever reason.
- Cancellation. In the event of cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, no refunds will be made. In the event of cancellation prior to eight weeks the deposit is forfeit.

- Loss of Accommodation. If, for whatever reason, the accommodation booked, is not available, the liability of the owners in no circumstances exceeds a refund in excess of monies paid.
- Liability. The owners will not accept any liability for the person or property of any person using the property.
- Damages, breakages or theft. During your stay, accidents can and do happen, however guests are responsible for breakages or damage to the property, the accommodation, furnishings and fittings. All equipment, utensils etc should be left clean and the property should be left in the same clean and tidy condition as found upon arrival. All damages and breakages must be reported and paid for.
- No of Guests. The number of people occupying the property should not exceed the number stated on the booking form and/or maximum of 8 persons.
- Holiday Home for Families. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking which may, in our opinion, be incompatible with the conception of a holiday home for families. If the stated numbers are exceeded we reserve the right to terminate the rental.
